Domestic Violence – A Public Health Issue
In the first of our series of podcasts for the 16 Days of Action on domestic violence, PHE Director for Health Inequality and Impact Dr. Annmarie Connolly talks about what domestic violence means from a public health point of view. She explains that at a Public Health England level, they have recognized the issue of violence and are working proactively with the Department of Health, Home Office and Third Sector to add value to the existing work across government.
